RECRUITMENT OF SUPERVISORS (ON FIXED TERM)

contributing to the defence preparedness of the country by building different sophisticated and state-of-the-art
warships. The Company invites applications from qualified, talented and energetic Indian Nationals for the
posts of Supervisors (S-1) on fixed term contract basis as indicated below:
A. Supervisors (S-1) – 24 Posts
(i) Admin & HR – 03 posts (UR-01, ST-01, OBC-01) (ii) Finance – 01 post (OBC) (iii) Pharmacy -04
Posts(UR-02,OBC-01,SC-01) (iv) Security- 03 posts (UR-01, OBC-02) (v) Naval Architecture – 01 post
(OBC) (vi) Mechanical – 05 post (UR-02,OBC-01,SC-01,EWS-01) (vii) Electrical -03 Posts (UR-01,SC-02)
(viii) Civil -03 Posts (UR-01,SC-01,EWS-01) (ix) Computer Science /IT- 01 Post (UR).

B. Design Supervisors (S-1) – 12 posts
(i) Mechanical 04 Posts (UR-02,SC-01,OBC-01), (ii) Electrical -03 Posts (UR-01,SC-01,OBC-01),
(iii) Electronics- 01 Post (EWS), (iv) Civil- 04 Posts (UR-02,SC-01,ST-01)

- Diploma in relevant stream or equivalent with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC/OBC/PwBD)
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must for Design Supervisor
Maximum Age Limit (as on 01.09.2020): 28 years
Maximum age limit is relaxable by:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PH: 10 years

GRSE Selection Process for Supervisors:
- Duration of Written Test – 02 Hours and Question paper language – Bi-lingual(English & Hindi).
