The team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the us. We are looking for an individual who can formulate a vision and strategic plan whilst also creating clarity in requirements, demonstrating customer-obsession with a growth mindset and who can work in ambiguous situations to enable engineers to deliver. To be successful in this role:
- You should have a good mix of business, analytical and technical background for the ability to work directly with both customer and engineering teams across the company

Responsibilities
- Establish shared feature vision and product backlog building consensus on business priorities
- Create clarity in requirements, embrace agility, define scope, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to build and deliver high quality and secure solutions on time
- Have a hands-on approach to writing specs and perform design reviews to manage development execution and excellence with a team of passionate engineers and designers
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to build more love for the Notes family of apps and services
- Promote hypothesis-driven product development and data-driven decision making by using data to define measure for success and help guide decisions for the development of a better, more desirable, and bolder product
- Engage directly with internal customers and partners to integrate feedback into product plan
- Collaborate with partner teams to integrate closely with M365 productivity tools and lets users easily create, organize and complete notes and provide an excellent note-taking experience deeply integrated with other Office Productivity Tools
- Create and communicate compelling narratives and telling the OneNote transformation story
- Be a mentor to other Program Managers in our team
Qualifications
- Previous product management experience. (5+ Years preferably). Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones.
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to find and capitalize on unique opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Are customer and data obsessed, always learning and refining your features to deliver maximum business impact
- A Master’s in Business and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
